To a potluck wedding reception.
How do we feel about this??
It's a second marriage, and a small family affair at that. But I've never been to a covered dish wedding before.
I'm kind of intrigued.

Sounds like a good time to me! I'd go, and bring a nice casserole, but not tomato-based, in deference to the bride's (maybe) white dress.
You must take pics. Lots of them. I've never heard of doing that.
This needs more. Like photos afterwards and such.

sounds pretty cool to me. a little unique, but weddings are soooo expensive. i think its a great way to save some money, and involve family.
now, my family would not go for it at all. but, they're stuck up about things like that.
You usually can't go wrong with a potluck :)
